Dr. Rachelle Ormond, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 12 years of diverse clinical practice across family medicine, urgent care, skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, and hospice care. She is an Idaho native with deep roots in the Treasure Valley. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Utah and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boise State University.
She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice and improving health outcomes across the lifespan. Her broad clinical background allows her to provide comprehensive, high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of each patient and setting. She also enjoys exploring the beautiful Treasure Valley with walks along the Boise greenbelt, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Dr. Kimball Lundahl is a highly experienced Chiropractor and Licensed Naturopathic Doctor (LND) in the state of Idaho. A proud graduate of Parker University, Dr. Lundahl has dedicated his career to helping individuals overcome pain and restore their quality of life. With dual expertise in chiropractic care and naturopathic medicine, he specializes in joint pain, regenerative therapies, neuropathy, and auto injury recovery.
For over 35 years, Dr. Lundahl has been deeply committed to serving his community, blending advanced Chiropractic and naturopathic techniques with natural healing approaches. He is a proud member of the International Neuropathy Association and continues to stay at the forefront of innovations in regenerative medicine.
Through decades of hands-on experience and compassionate care, Dr. Lundahl has helped thousands of patients find lasting relief, regain mobility, and live healthier, more active lives.

Meet Staci, wife to Dr. Lundahl and the driving force behind keeping everything running smoothly. Staci brings over 15 years of experience in mortgage banking, where she worked across nearly every aspect of the industry from processing, underwriting, funding and warehouse line management, to Director of Operations and managing the merger of three companies. That broad background gave her a strong foundation in systems, organization, and problem-solving that she now applies every day at Healthy Habits.
Behind the scenes, Staci oversees many of the essential operations that keep the clinic functioning efficiently, including payroll, accounting, inventory, website updates, systems management, and countless other details that support both staff and patient care.
Outside of work, Staci thrives on adventure and living a healthy lifestyle. She competes in NPC Figure bodybuilding competitions, enjoys gardening and beekeeping, and is happiest when surrounded by her German Shepherds and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. She and her family love exploring Idaho’s breathtaking wilderness by hiking mountain trails, camping under the stars, discovering hidden lakes, and venturing into the state’s untouched backcountry.
Whether she’s in the office, on the bodybuilding stage, or out in the mountains, Staci brings the same passion, determination, and appreciation for healthy living to everything she does.

Shyanne serves as the Director of Operations and the first face you’ll see at Healthy Habits Wellness Clinic. She ensures the clinic runs smoothly while maintaining a welcoming, patient-centered environment. She works closely with both the clinical team and patients to support daily operations, improve systems, and create an experience where every patient feels cared for and valued. Shyanne is passionate about helping people take control of their health and loves being part of a clinic that focuses on personalized wellness and lasting lifestyle change.
Outside of the clinic, Shyanne enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with the people she loves most. She especially cherishes time with her dog Bear, her niece Mae, and her family. Her love for people, connection, and community is reflected in the positive and supportive energy she brings to the clinic each day.

As our enthusiastic Case Manager, Michele guides clients through personalized, supportive weight loss and nutrition plans tailored to their goals. With compassion and care, she is dedicated to providing positive long-term success and support. She strives to make every client’s experience at Healthy Habits as positive and enriching as possible. Michele grew up in Boise, graduated from Boise State University and is a proud Mom to her two sons and energetic Jack Russell Terrier, Mojo. Outside the clinic, Michele enjoys an active lifestyle hiking, paddle boarding, dancing to live music and spending time with family and friends.
Driven by a lifelong passion for helping others, Everett approaches patient care with empathy, integrity, and clinical excellence. His core mission remains centered on improving the well-being and health outcomes of the individuals and communities he serves.
Everett is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and an EMT-B. His additional certification as an IV Technician further enhances his clinical capabilities. He is fluent in American ASL and also holds a Master’s degree in music theory.
Outside of work, Everett enjoys playing the piano and cello. He is also a classical and baroque music composer. He loves the outdoors, indoor archery competitions, B&W photography, and brushing Kanji. He also has a kitty named Niko.

Healthy Habits is conveniently located at 14 S Baltic Pl, Meridian, Idaho 83642. Our office is open Monday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed for lunch at 12:48 PM. Patients can call or book online anytime for fast, flexible appointment scheduling.

Yes! We do our best to accommodate same-day appointments whenever our schedule allows. If you're in pain or have urgent health concerns and need to be seen as soon as possible, give our office a call and we'll let you know the earliest available time.
